Position: Behavioral & Performance Coach (Los Angeles CA)

Job Summary:
Conduct organizational studies and evaluations and design systems and procedures.
Conduct work simplification and measurement studies and provide behavioral coaching
services in applying behavior analytic principles to influence behavior in the
organizational setting to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
Such service aims to enhance employees’ work performance, productivity, and
compliance in the company.

Qualification Requirements:
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, or a similar field of study
